Another new financial year, another opportunity to catch up!

The Own Your Own Block team had a great time, and it was especially pleasing to meet all the new faces each and every time as we build and deliver results for our community. From small things, we believe something truly great can grow.

Michael gives a quick project update on the Mernda on the Park (Mernda), Caroline Waters (Plumpton) and River’s Run Stages 1 & 2 (Plumpton) developments and the anticipated Kororoit Precinct Structure Plan.

And finally, Dhil gives a brief introduction to the Sri Lankan Bike Ride planned in November. The ride will support the Foundation of Goodness’ Village Heartbeat project, helping to provide rural villages in Sri Lanka with educational facilities helping to provide opportunities to the local community. The ride is open to all members of the OYOB community. Please contact us to find out more.

For those that have been asking, we’re releasing an additional 16 lots Greenfield lots in River’s Run Stage 2.

This will be the absolute final release in this project, as we have already exceeded our projected available allotments.
