91 residential lots were released to the OYOB investor community at wholesale pricing in 2014. After an initial delays in the release of the Plumpton Precinct Structure Plan, sign off by the Victorian Planning Minister and gazettal is expected mid-2017, which will allow development of Caroline Waters to begin. The first stages of titles will be released in 2018.

Following the successful release of all initial allocated lots in Stage 1, Stage 2 lots have been released for purchase to the OYOB community. Part of the Plumpton Precinct Structure Plan, approval is expected mid-2017, with the gazetted plan allowing us to begin subdivision planning for our projects.
