The Bonnie Brook land project is a future-planned residential subdivision located in Bonnie Brook (formerly Plumpton), Victoria.
The development will proceed once the Warrensbrook Precinct Structure Plan (PSP) is approved and relevant utility infrastructure is readily available.
Our current concept masterplan for this parcel of land is to develop it into a 300-lot residential community alongside a proposed 2800 sqm childcare centre.
