Risk
Management

Our aim is always to convert risk into value. Problems into opportunities.

OYOB recognises that it is impossible to completely eliminate risk in every project. Our approach is to identify potential risk and mitigate it as early as possible, and implement strategies to deal with any problems that may arise.

This is why working with an experienced property development team is essential.

Over the decades, we have encountered just about any site risk but with land development, our industry experience has allowed us to more quickly identify risk, appropriately mitigate or avoid it and where required, manage and overcome them.

We conduct thorough due diligence before proceeding with a project. Financial feasibility, environmental concerns, zoning laws, market demand, supporting infrastructure all factor into our planning and we would never proceed with a project that we wouldn’t be willing to invest in ourselves.
