The Atticus Local Town Centre is a 10,000 sqm land allotment located within the Atticus Residential Estate in Woodstock (northern growth corridor).
The project will provide approximately 2500 sqm of mixed retail and commercial floor space including a minor grocery or supermarket, a variety of food and beverage outlets, shops, gyms, medicals, chemists and other compatible tenancies. The site will also provide for a child care centre. The town centre will serve the immediate area of Atticus and Peppercorn Hill Residential Estates.
