A fully conceptualised and planned local neighbourhood activity centre has been included in the Collision Estate Development Plan- a guiding framework for the integrated residential development of the Collison Estate into a community encompassing approximately 1635 dwellings alongside our local neighbourhood activity center and a community facility to be run by the council.
