The I Am Learning ELC Little Springs is located within the Little Springs Estate Deanside, a residential subdivision project developed by OYOB Property.
Located on the corner of the main boulevard Littoria Drive and Vere Court, the 120-place child care center will be located at the heart of the residential estate. Currently in construction, the center is earmarked for completion in August 2024 and will open once accreditation is received from the Education Department.
Directly opposite the ELC will be a local park and Little Springs Commercial and Medical Hub which will form the geographical and activity center for this community. The ELC has been designed to address the dual street frontage with all private play areas located at the rear combined into a big open space to facilitate better utilisation of the space alongside visual and physical supervision of the play areas. A swim school has been incorporated within the commercial hub development concept which will provide a complementary service to the ELC, similar to the arrangement at our first I Am Learning ELC in Mernda.
