Located at the corner of Regent and Sackville Streets, the 120-place Mernda Early Learning Centre was the first child care centre designed, constructed and managed under the umbrella of OYOB Property Group.
Originally intended as a design, build and hold development proposition, OYOB Property investigated the possibility of setting up a company to operate Early Learning Centres, to ensure consistent quality of care could be delivered by our centres. The I Am Learning brand was created from this investigation and now boasts two operating centres in Mernda and Cranbourne North, a Director of Early Learning and a full-time complement of 60 staff.
The I Am Learning Mernda ELC was developed in conjunction with 5 commercial shops located in an adjacent allotment. Within the complex of the 5 shops is a Jump! Swim School which services the needs of the children of the Mernda ELC, alongside food and beverage tenants.
