The Plumpton Road Local Town Centre is a 27,000 sqm site located within the Monument Residential Estate in Bonnie Brook (formerly Plumpton) Victoria. Featuring a 200 m frontage along Plumpton Road this site currently has concept plans to deliver a mixed-use site to cater to the needs of the burgeoning local community.
